		<description>What I really like about this post is that unlike everything else you read from the "gurus" it doesn't attempt to tell me there is only one way. Although others suggest testing is required they mainly profess their way is the only way - you must have video; you must have bullets; you must have the opt-in box above the fold, etc etc

My background is sales and I know people buy in different ways, depending on their social style - analytical, driver, amiable or expressive. They all have different ways of looking at things. I should have thought this through before, but why would these people relate to a web page in the same way?
